The London Fields is a classic East-End pub on Mare Street, the Victorian building is a stylish and decadent cocktail bar and restaurant spread over three floors. With spaces to suit every occasion, The London Fields boasts a lively main bar, a grand banquet hall, and an elegant first-floor cocktail lounge complete with a private roof terrace - ideal for hosting unforgettable private parties. The Role: As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business. Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial understanding. Your team will look up to you; it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction. This role would also suit an aspiring Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position as you will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
