Urban Pubs, Bars and Restaurants are currently recruiting for talented and highly skilled General Manager with personality & charisma for our expanding group. With an eclectic mix of properties and new openings to suit your personality and style, this really is an exciting time to join a people focused and progressive operations led business as we prepare for new openings across London.

The Role

• As GMD you will under the guidance of an established GM as you are embedded into the company
• You will steadily learn to take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue.
• You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business.
• Being business savvy and demonstrating great commercial acumen is a must.
• Your team will look up to you, it\’s essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
• You have impeccable floor, bar, fresh food and late night experience knowledge depending on the property
• You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.

What We\’re Looking For

• Heart-on-your-sleeve leadership: own the role, stay bold, stay calm under pressure
• No ego, just action: roll up your sleeves and get things done
• Minimum 2 years\’ experience as a General Manager (varies by property)
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills; approachable and hands-on
• Outstanding customer service and floor leadership
• An entrepreneurial spark-excited by new ideas and growth
• Passion for people: mentoring, developing, and having fun
