We have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Operative to join our Maintenance Team at Urban Pubs and Bars. If you have a passion for repairs and installations, with a great attitude then we would love to speak to you!

What’s It All About
The Maintenance team work closely with our Operations Team and sites to maintain the upkeep of our venues. You’ll play a key role and actively get involved across the following areas:
- Repairs to the internal and external fabric of the sites
- Plumbing and leak repair
- Drainage repairs
- Carpentry and glazing
- Basic electrical repair and safe isolation (for appropriate candidates with electrical knowledge/certification)
- Appliance repair
Maintenance work will be carried out re-actively as well as with a planned/preventative approach. Providing quality workmanship and following all Urban Pubs and Bars H&S requirements whilst on the job.
What We Looking For
- Own van preferable but not essential
- Personality and initiative, be proactive, and be self-motivated
- Flexible and adaptable, there’s always something happening so you’ll need to work well under pressure
- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels and a real team player
- Attention to detail, integrity, and good judgement
- Must be highly competent (and confident) in trade skills
- Evidence of previous trade roles
