We're now looking for a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment strategy and help us attract, engage and hire the brilliant teams who create the magic in our sites every day.

The RoleAs Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll own and deliver a creative, effective and value-led recruitment strategy across our entire business — from site teams to senior management and head office roles. You'll be a trusted partner to Operations, a coach to managers, and a champion of our employer brand, ensuring Urban Pubs & Bars continues to attract the very best hospitality talent in London.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead and deliver an end-to-end recruitment strategy across all roles
- Own and optimise the ATS, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager journey
- Manage careers pages, social media and employer branding activity
- Partner closely with Operations to plan, support and deliver recruitment needs
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Support new openings recruitment across all positions
- Coach and train managers on recruitment best practice and selection
- Develop a comprehensive Recruitment Toolkit for site managers, including guides, interview frameworks and feedback tools
- Develop creative sourcing routes, including charities, schools, apprenticeships, work placements and new talent markets
- Manage recruitment agencies and third-party suppliers
- Own and manage the recruitment budget
- Screen, interview and support the selection of management candidates
- Support Head Office recruitment alongside Heads of Department
- Track recruitment metrics, analyse data and report on performance and improvements
- Act as the point of escalation for site recruitment challenges
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, sourcing methods and employment law
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to juggle priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
