You Are

  • A passionate, dynamic, and qualified Head Chef hungry for a new challenge
  • Experienced with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus
  • Knowledgeable about Health & Safety and running a professional kitchen
  • Proven at managing a kitchen, controlling stock, GP, and driving profitability
  • Comfortable in high‑volume environments and fast‑paced service
  • Technical, detail‑oriented, and able to spot and solve problems quickly
  • A confident communicator who can lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Experienced with opening new sites
