We’re looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our iconic gastropub in the heart of Highgate. The Gatehouse is an independent pub, restaurant, and beer garden located in Highgate Village, serving quality seasonal British food with a Spanish influence. We offer a range of local and continental craft beers, cask ales, an extensive global wine list, and classic cocktails. Every Sunday, we serve the best roasts in Highgate.

The Role

  • Take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue, with autonomy to manage it as if it were your own business.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and business savvy.
  • Train, nurture, and develop your team to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Create a vibrant, warm, and fun atmosphere for guests and staff.
