Urban Pubs, Bars and Restaurants are currently recruiting for a talented and highly skilled Assistant General Manager with personality & charisma for our expanding group. With an eclectic mix of properties and new openings to suit your personality and style, this really is an exciting time to join a people focused and progressive operations led business. The Role
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
- Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen.
- Lead and develop your team to maintain extremely high standards and customer satisfaction.
- Have the opportunity to train, personally develop, and progress your career as the company grows.
What We Looking For
- Wear your heart on your sleeve, take ownership, and run the business as if it were your own.
- Be calm, collected, and manage pressure with ease; nothing can phase you.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a manager, depending on the property being looked at.
- Have solid communication and organisational skills and be approachable.
- Show superb customer & floor service skills.
- Possess strong all‑round business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction.
- Have an entrepreneurial flare.
- Be passionate about people, training, mentoring, and growing a team, but also love to have fun.
- Personal licence holder is beneficial.
