Situated in the heart of bustling Brixton, Canova Hall will be closing for a complete refurb to become Brixton\’s new playground. A refurbished social hub on Ferndale Road, blending laid-back vibes with big-night energy—from after-work pints to pub quizzes and Friday dancing. We\’re after an outgoing, entrepreneurial Deputy General Manager to support our vibrant team, be the face of the party and keep the magic alive.

Responsibilities

As Deputy General Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.

Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen.

Your team will look up to you, it\’s essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.

You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.

What We Looking For

Must have minimum 2 years\’ experience as a manager depending on the property being looked at

Passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team but most importantly, loves to have fun

Personal License holder beneficial
