Situated in the heart of bustling Brixton, Canova Hall will be closing for a complete refurb to become Brixton's new playground. A refurbished social hub on Ferndale Road, blending laid-back vibes with big-night energy—from after-work pints to pub quizzes and Friday dancing. We’re after an outgoing, entrepreneurial Deputy General Manager to support our vibrant team, be the face of the party and keep the magic alive.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
- Demonstrate great commercial acumen.
- Train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.

- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager depending on the property being looked at.

- Passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team but most importantly, loves to have fun.
