Role Summary

The main objective of this role is to support import, export and customs warehouse teams, relieving them from data entry and admin tasks. The role will provide opportunity to get familiar with the Customs Compliance roles and will provide overview of specialist Customs knowledge. This role is based in our London office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining import and export shipment logs
  • Reporting to relevant buying teams on accuracy of Purchase Orders due to arrive in UK
  • Extracting reporting and distributing it to relevant team members in timely manner
  • Enriching product data in PLM software with information provided by senior team members
  • Extracting copies of import and export declaration from various courier’s portals and logging them on relevant trackers
  • Updating entry details once shipment has been processed by customs warehouse team
  • Archiving import declarations following delivery of goods
  • Validating shipping documents for accuracy of information in line with purchase order data
  • Providing import clearance instructions to Customs Brokers
  • Maintaining tracker of e-commerce export shipments
  • Any other admin tasks
