We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Trading executive to join our Ecommerce team to help drive discoverability, engagement and performance across the EU digital site. This role will be vital in helping to drive the growth of the Anthropologie EU. The ideal candidate will be a commercial thinker and data enthusiast, with a real curiosity about how customers engage online and the best ways to optimise this. It goes without saying you’ll love all things Anthropologie and have experience within online retail environments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Producing daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to deliver growth for our EU & UK websites.
  • Supporting the Senior Online Trading Manager in the execution of the Anthropologie EU ecommerce trading strategy.
  • Overseeing the promotional performance and produce analysis to inform the business and suggest reactions to drive growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with Digital merchandising & Production team on opportunities to improve journey mechanics & category performance.
  • Briefing on-site content including Homepage, Promotions, Landing Pages & Navigation changes.
  • Working closely with brand marketing and buying teams to ensure successful campaign launches, with focus on discoverability of products, priority category areas and customer journey.
  • Running A/B testing and trialling new website functionality both pre & at go-live, reporting back to the business on results and recommended actions.
  • Thorough understanding of product performance and actions of the back of trade updates to improve on-site metrics.
  • Owning day-to-day ecommerce operational forecasting, and supporting the Senior Online Trading Manager on longer term forecasting.
  • Managing & developing the Online Trading Assistant.
  • Maintain competitor and market intelligence. Monitoring EU & UK competitor trading cadence & market innovation within ecommerce.
