Overview
The Senior Project & Production Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects within the Art Department. We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects across digital and print mediums. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in digital and graphic design production workflows, vendor management, and sustainable material sourcing, with a sharp eye for detail and quality.
What You\’ll Be Doing
Project Management
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Interrogate briefs to ensure clarity and completeness before project initiation.
- Oversee budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and development teams.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a productive and positive environment.
- Optimize workflows and enforce quality control across all deliverables.

- Coordinate production schedules, including print runs, finishing, and delivery.
- Monitor product quality and provide feedback to production team.
