We are launching a 4‑week paid Summer Work Experience Program at our Brick Lane Head Office, taking place from July 7th to July 30th. You will be embedded in the world of Urban Outfitters, focusing on either a Creative or Analytical pathway to gain insight into how a global fashion brand operates and to explore future career possibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
This is an inside look at the brand and how it runs day‑to‑day. You will be placed on one of two pathways:
- Creative: Marketing, Buying, Garment Tech and Store Environment departments.
- Analytical: Merchandising, Retail Operations, Finance and Ecommerce departments.
Regardless of your track, you will rotate through departments every 2–3 days, meeting new people, seeing a variety of projects, and gaining valuable experience in a short window of time.
Qualifications
- Interest in Urban Outfitters and a genuine desire to see how the fashion industry works behind the scenes.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm to explore different career paths within a fashion retailer.
- Openness and a positive attitude, ready to learn new things every few days.
- Full availability to be at our Brick Lane HQ from Tuesday to Friday between July 7th and July 30th.
