Overview
New URBN UK Limited is part of the URBN Group, a global retailer with its European Head Office in London. We operate three brands across more than 10 European countries and a strong e‑commerce presence. We aim to deliver the EU Logistics operation across the distribution centre by supporting inbound, processing and outbound functions for our Direct, Retail and Wholesale & Franchise channels.
Responsibilities
- Execute all operational tasks from receipt of inbound goods through picking, packing and shipping in order to fulfil operational demands during any shift.
- Maintain world‑class standards of housekeeping, hygiene and safety across the DC.
- Act as a role model and ambassador for our culture, adhering to documented SOPs and helping to keep them up to date.
- Perform manual duties requiring dexterity and accuracy, including manual handling and use of RF guns.
- Operate customer return data entry and other system tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to support the DC culture and vision.
Attend the assessment centre on 13th July 2026 at 11am.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehousing or distribution centre environment is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work in a team environment and support the DC culture.
- High standards for personal work quality and flexibility.
- Basic computer familiarity (e.g., using RF guns; previous computer use useful).
