Role Summary

As Marketing Planning Manager, you\’ll play a key role in leading Anthropologie\’s brand campaign planning across Europe, with a focus on 360 marketing campaigns, retail and trade marketing and project management. Supporting teams across Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital Marketing and Retail, you will lead the planning and delivery of omni-channel campaigns activated across in-store, owned, earned and paid channels. You will also set up efficient ways of working and communicating across departments and be a key marketing contact across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Project Management: take the lead on marketing campaigns and activations, project managing from concept to delivery, working with Brand & Creative, Digital, Product and Retail teams to scope requirements, plan deliverables, manage budgets and deliver campaigns on time.
  • Own the brand marketing calendar, aligning global campaign messaging amplification and identifying EU-only messages with US & EU colleagues.
  • Support the Brand Executive on campaign briefing, ensuring cross-departmental briefs are clear and completed by all departments.
  • Track creative and channel deliverables using project management tools, keeping stakeholders updated on key milestones and actions.
  • Lead post-campaign reporting and analysis, creating weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking against key metrics, and presenting results and learnings to wider teams.
  • Retail & Trade Marketing: assist the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to brief and deliver all in-store POS.
  • Contribute to the successful launch and ongoing marketing of new Anthropologie stores, developing opening plans and overseeing execution of planned activity.
  • Work with Retail and Digital teams to plan promotional messaging into the marketing calendar, capture Creative requirements and brief Creative teams.
  • Planning Processes: create ongoing efficiencies and review ways of working across teams to plan and manage marketing processes and communication.
  • Input into monthly and campaign budget planning and tracking alongside Brand, Influencer, Social, and PR teams, reviewing regularly with the Marketing Director and Finance team.
  • Own regular planning meetings, campaign kick-offs & channel alignments, and support channel teams on their planning.
  • Onboard Brand & Creative teams onto a new project management tool, and set up campaign planning functionality.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, positive and energetic attitude, solving problems quickly and bringing ideas to the table with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing Project Management or Brand Marketing ideally in Retail (in-house or agency) with strong knowledge of 360 campaign planning processes and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver 360 brand awareness and performance-driven campaigns, partnerships, and experiential activations.
  • Highly organised with strong planning and process optimisation skills; ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong experience tracking, analysing and reporting on both digital and physical activations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident communicating with senior stakeholders and across global teams.
  • Digitally confident with strong working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office tools, and project planning tools such as Asana, Trello and Figma.
  • Understanding of performance tracking and familiarity with performance-tracking tools and 3rd-party platforms.
  • Creative and commercially aware, focused on driving awareness and impact for the brand.
  • Ability to ensure activations are on-brand and of high creative standard, aligning with the global brand identity.
