Role Summary
We are looking for an energetic, detail-focused Supply Chain MAA to join our team.
In this entry-level role you will be pulling critical data, running reports, and managing the admin that ensures our stock moves from our suppliers to our online and in store customers.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Running, managing and maintaining Intake reporting that is crucial to keeping our buying and merchandising teams moving.
- Managing data integrity across multiple aspects to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
This includes proactive analysis of freight costings, shipment modes and intake dates.
Identifying data errors and collaborating across departments to ensure swift corrections.
- Admin reporting and weekly calls with warehouse teams to support warehouse operations such as RTV’s, inbound queries and stock adjustments.
- Delivery reporting and analysis for forecasting, for all our stores across the UK and EU.
Identifying errors and anomalies to support our stores in getting successful stock deliveries throughout the week.
- Supporting the buying and merchandising teams with training on carrier platforms and other supply chain reporting tools.

- A Spreadsheet Lover: Excel is your best friend. You don't need to be a wizard yet, but you should be incredibly comfortable managing data and numbers.
