Regional Business Manager to lead a portfolio of stores. This role is about creating environments where people thrive, customers love to shop and commercial success naturally follows.

As a people-first leader, you'll develop exceptional Store Managers and leadership teams who are empowered to make great decisions, build inclusive cultures and deliver outstanding experiences.

You'll balance commercial performance with coaching, creativity and operational excellence to create the best places to work and shop.

Head of Retail, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our retail business, influencing strategy and driving sustainable growth across your region.
