Role Summary

The Project Coordinator supports the Senior Project Manager in the execution and delivery of Urban Outfitters marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring an efficient project flow from conception to completion. The role demands exceptional organisation and attention to detail, as well as the ability to truly collaborate and support across teams within the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of project timelines, briefing documents and post campaign analysis decks.
  • Supports in the coordination of all brand and channel asset requirements across the briefing process, from kick off to asset delivery.
  • Creates comprehensive briefs, defining project scope, requirements and deliverables.
  • Efficiently handles various administrative tasks and assists the marketing management team in day-to-day operations.
  • Responsible for scheduling key meetings including room bookings, note taking, circulating agendas and action points.
  • Compiles reactive briefs with a tight turnaround, ensuring that key trends and trade priorities are supported in marketing activity.
  • Creates and maintains briefing documents and wireframes, project managing the delivery of assets across copy, graphics, translation, production and build.
  • Demonstrates the ability to problem solve with key stakeholders at multiple levels of the business where needed.
  • Provides solutions as needed to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaises with external partners and agencies as needed, assisting with contracts, invoices, and asset requirements.
