- Demonstrated experience managing external agencies and international or franchise PR teams.

- A data-literate approach to PR and events, with experience building reporting frameworks that track coverage, sentiment, event ROI, and audience reach.
- End-to-end events experience, spanning large-scale press and influencer activations, customer loyalty experiences, and in-store activations.
- Ability to bridge physical and digital activations to drive engagement, storytelling, and commercial impact.
- Commercially minded with sharp instincts for how brand activity translates to footfall, revenue, and long-term brand performance.
What the job involves
- Responsible for leading and elevating Anthropologie EU's brand presence across key markets.
- Defines and executes integrated PR and events strategies that build brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and drive store and digital footfall.
- Plays a key leadership role in shaping culturally relevant, visually inspiring, and commercially impactful brand experiences.
- Leads the development and execution of integrated PR strategies aligned with seasonal campaigns, brand objectives, and commercial priorities.
- Secures high-quality coverage across leading fashion, lifestyle, and national media titles through strong editorial relationships and proactive storytelling.
- Oversees gifting strategy, including product selection, press gifting schedules, and loan management.
- Manages all press office functions, including sample management, press loan tracking, and responding to inbound media requests.
- Leads and nurtures long-term strategic relationships with influencers, brand partners, and cultural collaborators.
- Oversees collaboration with international/franchise PR teams, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution.
- Supports reactive press management and corporate communications.
- Owns the end-to-end EU events strategy, including press and influencer events, VIP dinners, community partnerships, pop-ups, and in-store activations.
- Leads the conceptualisation and delivery of culturally relevant brand experiences.
- Oversees key experiential spaces, including the Kings Road pop-up store.
- Develops and delivers a customer events programme, designing high-touch, loyalty-driving experiences.
- Manages EU Press & Events strategy, translating global brand direction into locally relevant initiatives.
- Leads cross-functional collaboration with Social, Marketing, Retail, and Creative teams.
- Owns commercial accountability for PR and events activity, defining KPIs and success metrics.
- Owns performance analysis across PR and events activity.
- Delivers clear, senior-level reporting and trade analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- Manages and optimises budgets across PR and events activity.
- Leads, manages, and mentors the PR Executive and PR Assistant.
- Manages senior stakeholder relationships across internal leadership teams and external partners.
