As our Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role within the Performance Marketing Team. You’ll take the lead on managing and growing our affiliate and influencer partnerships, driving new customers, boosting traffic, and unlocking revenue opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead influencer gifting outreach, sourcing new talent, coordinating product sends, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for influencer agencies, ensuring paid campaigns are delivered seamlessly and on time.
  • Own gifting and performance trackers, partnering closely with the Trading team to measure impact and spot growth opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with student partners, ensuring all offers and assets are current while proactively developing these partnerships.
  • Keep partners engaged and informed by sharing promotions and key product focuses aligned to the marketing calendar.
  • Monitor daily spend across commissions and partner activities, keeping budgets on track.
  • Use Marcode (SaaS platform) to proactively identify and tackle affiliate fraud.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, delivering insights and recommendations to optimise future partnerships.
  • Support with contracts, invoicing, and general administrative tasks related to affiliate and influencer campaigns.
  • Constantly seek out new opportunities across affiliate and influencer channels to drive growth.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching trends, emerging influencers, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the Social Coordinator to source on‑brand content via TikTok One, sharing what’s working in weekly trade meetings.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the wider team as required; no two days are the same.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in digital marketing (ideally in a similar role), with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and strong awareness of the online retail landscape.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • A data‑driven mindset; comfortable analysing performance and turning insights into action.
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact.
