Role Summary
This is a 12 month FTC. The Senior Project Manager plays a vital part in the execution of the European communications and content, organising and structuring the workflow of marketing projects to maintain the creative timeline. They take a holistic view of marketing output across various channels, territories, and divisions, managing and optimising use of assets efficiently. The Senior Project Manager manages cross-functional sign-off processes across diverse stakeholder groups to achieve alignment and maintain brand and messaging consistency. They own key briefing documents and wireframes, developing critical paths and coordinating delivery for high-impact marketing initiatives and promotions. The position calls for the ability to truly collaborate and support other teams within the company, assessing efficiencies and promoting optimal ways of working.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and drive the marketing project roadmap, owning timings, assessing risks, recapping YOY activity and communicating with key stakeholders.
- Project manage the weekly delivery of website, app and email marketing assets across copy, graphics, translation, production and build.
- Direct management of the Project Coordinator, guiding and mentoring to ensure their growth and development.
- Ownership and creation of key briefing documents including monthly creative brief, fortnightly and seasonal wireframes and process flow charts, ensuring that these are kept accurate and up to date.
- Act as funnel for all brand asset requirements across all channels, territories and divisions.
- Own the sign off process with key stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Create and maintain the EU promotional calendar, owning and facilitating the weekly promotions meeting.
- Quality check and edit all marketing assets in production before giving the final approval.
- Deliver high quality assets that meet business objectives, ensuring the customer journey is seamless, engaging and logical.
- Build strong relationships with cross functional departments to ensure effective teamwork and cooperation in achieving shared goals.
What You’ll Need
- Exceptional project management, process management and organisation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate efforts across a large organisation with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative decision maker: Able to problem-solve and create compelling short and long-term solutions.
- Experience in retail brands and people management is helpful.
- Experience and confidence liaising across departments with stakeholders at all levels of management.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer literate – particular competency required in excel / google sheets.
- Confidence in multi-tasking, working to deadline in a fast paced environment and reacting to business demands.
