- As a BAA on Wholesale you will support the Buying Administration of UO Wholesale collections
- This entry-level role is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career within Fashion Buying or Wholesale!
- Purchase order administration, including raising orders and managing any amendments
- Manage shipping approvals for bulk orders collaboratively with Planning
- Provide product details for line sheets, the Sales team and partner retailers
- Manage samples, coordinating with core Buying teams
- Manage the Wholesale purchase order critical paths, coordinating with suppliers and the core Buying teams
- Input product data into B2B and Blue Cherry wholesale management systems
- Maintain line sheet documentation
- Manage the photography of the wholesale brand catalogues and e-commerce styles working collaboratively with the photographic studio
- Support with range builds for wholesale collections
