As our Night Guardian, you'll be the calm, watchful presence keeping our overnight guests safe, settled and happy while London sleeps.
We're a fast-growing team redefining urban dog care from our club inside Westfield London, and we live by care, honesty, transparency, community and passion.

The role
- Supervising and caring for dogs overnight
- providing mental and physical stimulation during waking hours
- monitoring behaviour and safeguarding wellbeing
- feeding and administering medication to each client's instructions
- keeping the Hotel, Social Club and terrace clean and ready
- coordinating with the wider team for smooth handovers.
- You'll also be a friendly face for clients at drop-off and pick-up.
What we're looking for
- Confidence around dogs and good breed knowledge, clear communication, reliability and punctuality, and weekend availability.
- Flexibility to pick up extra nights covering holidays and illness matters to us.
- Two or more years' experience in dog care and a Level 2 or 3 Award in Canine Care, Behaviour and Welfare are preferred but not essential.
- You'll need the right to work in the UK and be able to provide references.
- Hours and pay
Part-time on a 24-hour contract, with a minimum of two 12-hour night shifts per week, 8pm to 8am. Extra nights are often available. £10.85 to £12.71 per hour.
