Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use handheld device for routing information and customer delivery details.
- Navigate various routes throughout the delivery area.
- Load and unload packages; comfortable working in different weather conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service, delivering packages and smiles.
- Assist fellow drivers with routes as needed.
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs and walk up and down stairs during shifts.
- Load from Amazon\’s delivery facility in Plymouth, MA.
Compensation & Benefits:
$22.75 per hour for a 10-hour shift.
2 weeks paid time off (PTO).
Paid training, health insurance, and benefits.
$125 credit for safety shoes.
Overtime after 40 hours/week.
$150 bonus per successful driver referral (paid after 90 days).
Weekly pay via direct deposit.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to move boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test.
