Facilitate property sales from reservation to completion by coordinating closely with solicitors, estate agents, and internal departments.
Manage documentation compliance to ensure all required certificates, legal paperwork, and handover packs are finalised ahead of schedule.
Collaborate on pricing and technical execution of client variations by liaising with Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers, and estate agents.
Represent the brand as the primary corporate contact during final customer meetings and the official handover of keys.
Oversee quality control by conducting rigorous site inspections throughout the construction phase, monitoring trade standards, and managing the final snagging process.
