- You have a qualification in user-centric design or some experience in a design-focused role.

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer who is passionate about designing exceptional user-centric experiences. “Customer First” is one of our core company values, and as a member of our Product & Design team, we’ll look to you to achieve this through the creation of solutions that our customers love.
- For us, this means looking beyond designing the user interface: you'll dive deep into the 'why' behind user behaviours, using data and insights to help define the problems we choose to solve in the first place.
- You’ll be working across the full design process from research to implementation, you'll have the opportunity to develop the full suite of skills needed to become a well-rounded UX/UI Designer.
- You’ll also be collaborating closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers, as we’ll look to get your designs in front of customers within your first few weeks.
- Work as part of our collaborative product, design and engineering teams in mapping out world-class design solutions to solve complex user problems.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, complete high-fidelity designs and write detailed specs.
- Conduct user research to understand our customers' needs better and help us to improve our customer experience.
- Create reusable assets like UI libraries, icons, illustrations and infographics.
- Help us inject personality, polish, and moments of genuine joy into our product, setting the standard for incredible user experiences.
- Collaborate with our marketing and partnerships teams to use great design to drive critical business outcomes across our brands.
