Urban Jungle in London is expanding its in-house Home claims team and seeks a Home Claims Handler to deliver technical excellence across FNOL to settlement. You’ll manage your own portfolio, oversee in-house and TPA referrals, and work with cross-functional teams to improve the claims experience.
You’ll collaborate with Product, Underwriting and Engineering as we enter new markets, delivering fast, fair outcomes for customers and driving efficiencies across the claims function.
