Urban Italian Group (UIG) serves over 4000 guests daily at our 15 restaurants across Sweden & Spain. About You & The Role
We believe every team member plays a key part in creating brilliant guest experiences. That’s why we’re looking for warm, positive, and service-driven people who genuinely enjoy making others feel welcome. We’re hiring waiters and bartenders for both seasonal and long-term roles across our restaurants in Sweden. You’ll work in lively, high-volume environments where teamwork, energy, and genuine hospitality are at the heart of everything we do.
Who You Are
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, full à la carte restaurant or bar
- A friendly, guest-focused personality with a true passion for hospitality
- Comfortable working in fast-paced service while staying positive and professional
- A strong team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a great workplace atmosphere
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus, but not required)
- Holding a valid EU work permit (visa sponsorship currently unavailable)
