About Urban Ice Tribe and Overview of the Role

Urban Ice Tribe is a fast-growing UK wellness brand building a global community through cold-water immersion, breathwork, and heat therapy. Our products — modular steel ice baths, commercial chillers, and mobile saunas — serve wellness centres, gyms, elite athletes, event organisers, and everyday cold-water advocates.

We’re looking for a Community & Social Media Assistant

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, enjoys genuine online interaction, and wants to grow their skills in digital marketing and brand communication.

You’ll work closely with our Brand & Marketing Manager to post content, engage with followers, and help keep our online community inspired, active, and connected.

Key Responsibilities

• Post approved content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Engage daily with followers through comments, direct messages, and community interactions.
• Support influencer outreach and assist with partnership coordination.
• Monitor social trends, viral moments, and user-generated content opportunities.
• Respond promptly and positively to social media comments and messages.
• Share weekly insights on engagement, follower growth, and audience feedback.
• Assist with collaborations, giveaways, and other community-driven activities.

You Bring

• Passion for social media, wellness, and community engagement.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Friendly, professional tone when representing the brand online.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a creative and supportive team.

What This Role Isn’t

• Not a strategy role – creative direction and content plans are provided (though your ideas are always welcome).
• Not a paid ads or analytics role – your focus is on organic engagement and consistent publishing.
• Not a design or content creation role – all creative assets and captions will be supplied.
• Not website or email marketing – these are managed by our Brand & Marketing Manager.
