Job description
We're a premium short-let property management company looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to grow our managed portfolio.
Commission-only, uncapped earning — if we grow, you grow.
The role
Your job is simple: bring property owners and landlords into our management portfolio.
You'll identify, approach, and sign up owners who want their properties professionally managed.
The more properties you onboard, the more you earn — and because our fees recur, your income keeps building.
How you're paid
This is a revenue-share model.
We charge our clients a management commission, and you'll take an agreed percentage of that for every property you bring on.
Sign more, earn more — month after month.
If we grow, you grow.
What you'll do
- Source leads from landlords, property owners, and investors.
- Pitch our management service and its benefits.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close.
- Onboard signed properties into our portfolio.
- Build relationships that drive referrals and repeat business.
What we're looking for
- Sales experience, ideally in property or lettings.
- Confident self-starter who thrives on commission.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A property network, or the drive to build one fast.
- Hungry, results-driven, and ambitious.
