To support this next chapter, we’re looking for a high-calibre Operations Manager to take ownership of multi-site operations and play a key leadership role in our growth. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to build structure and accountability and can scale operations while developing teams.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of performance across multiple sites, driving commercial results, building strong leadership teams, and creating the structure needed to scale the business. You’ll work closely with the Founder to translate growth plans into operational reality. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on developing people, improving performance, and building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership
    • Lead and oversee performance across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in standards, service, and execution
    • Manage and develop General Managers and the Area Manager, building a strong and accountable leadership layer
    • Identify operational gaps and implement effective, scalable solutions
    • Stay close to site performance and challenges
    • Act as the key operational decision-maker, resolving issues quickly and effectively
    • Support and lead new site openings from planning through to launch and stabilisation
  • Commercial & Financial Performance
    • Own and drive commercial performance across all sites
    • Monitor and manage KPIs including labour, stock, wastage, margins, and overall site profitability
    • Work closely with finance and HR to manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sales, and profitability
  • People Leadership & Culture
    • Lead, coach, and develop store managers into high-performing operators
    • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and high standards
    • Be visible, credible, and respected across all levels of the business
    • Ensure teams are structured and supported to deliver consistent results
  • Strategy & Growth
    • Partner with the Founder on operational strategy and growth plans
    • Translate business goals into clear, executable operational priorities
    • Build systems, processes, and routines that support sustainable growth
    • Play a key role in scaling the business, including new site openings
    • Continuously improve ways of working across all locations

About You:

Experience

  • 6+ years’ experience in a multi-site operations role within hospitality business, ideally QSR or grab-n-go
  • Proven experience managing multiple sites and developing management teams
  • Strong track record of improving performance across locations
  • Experience supporting or leading new site openings
  • Solid financial understanding, including P&L ownership and cost control
