We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Graduate/Student Events Administrator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop a career in events administration within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Urban Food Fest is at the forefront of the latest trends in design food and experiences.

The team is comprised of passionate, dedicated and like-minded individuals who are encouraged to be open-minded and bring new ideas to the business.

Founded in 2013, the company create bespoke street food markets and events for brands including Apple, Manchester United, Nike, De Beers, Warner Bros, Sony, e Bay, Unilever, Adidas, Lexus, Peroni, Volkswagen, UBS, GAP and Superdry.

The role
We are looking for an events administrator who is dynamic, committed and motivated for a full-time role.

The role involves liaising with suppliers, clients, event management, building relationships, assisting with our markets and private events for international brands and large corporate clients.

Main Responsibilities
Duties will include:
Hands on day-to-day administration
Events management
Supplier and client relationships
Being part of a dynamic and passionate creative events team
Building and maintain good relationships with new and existing partners
Assume responsibility for change projects and coordinating plans
