Integrations Manager - AI-Enabled Property Roll-Up
London/Hybrid (with regular UK Travel)
cΒ£85k + bonus + equity
We're hiring for one of the most interesting operational roles in UK proptech right now.
A VC-backed business is building the UK's first AI-enabled roll-up of property service companies. The first wave of acquisitions is done. The pipeline has dozens more. Integration is how they deliver the value the investment case depends on - and they need someone to own it.
The Role
As Integrations Manager, you will own post-acquisition integrations end-to-end - from the moment a deal closes through to operational stabilisation within the wider group.
You'll spend the majority of your time physically inside newly acquired block management businesses. Not observing. Not coordinating. Doing. You'll sit next to the people who run the business, map how things actually work, and fix what's broken - often without a playbook, often without a team behind you, and always with the clock running.
You will be the person on the ground making things happen in environments that are traditional, paper-heavy, and mid-transition. You'll need to move fast, build relationships quickly, and leave every business you touch materially better than you found it.
The reality of the role
You'll spend most of your time physically inside newly acquired block management businesses. Not in a PMO. Not on Zoom. On the ground, sitting next to the people who run the business, working out what's broken, and fixing it - all across the UK.
That means chasing missing supplier contracts, untangling billing errors, redesigning how a team actually invoices - then rolling out new systems and AI tools and staying until people are genuinely using them.
No playbook handed to you. No large team behind you. Just you, the clock, and a business that needs to run better than it did before you arrived.
Who we're looking for
The closest analogy is a management consultant who stayed to implement - or an ops person from a PE/VC portfolio company who's been parachuted into newly acquired businesses before.
- 3β7 years in post-acquisition integration, operational transformation, multi-site ops or hands-on consultancy
- Personal execution track record - you've fixed things yourself, not managed the people who did
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building process from scratch
- Happy on the road across the UK regularly β this is the role, not incidental to it
- Property, facilities or fragmented services background is a real advantage
This isn't for you if your integration experience is governance forums, RAID logs and steering committees. Or if you're a property/asset manager with no experience overhauling operations inside a newly acquired business.
