Talent Acquisition Manager – Workforce Management Platform/Candidate Marketplace
Location : London/Hybrid (minimum 1 day in office)
Salary : Up to £45k + 15% OTE

They seek a driven Talent Manager to oversee a key client’s hiring needs in tech and marketing, working with tight SLAs and quick turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities
- Freelance Recruitment : You must have a solid background of sourcing and securing freelancers/contractors, at pace, into appropriate vacancies, globally
- Results Focused: Hit all KPI's/SLAs
- Drive Urgency : With both candidates and the client
- Sector Experience: Experience filling Tech and/or Marketing vacancies – you have a network of candidates you can leverage, immediately!
- Freelancer Retention : Foster lasting relationships with freelancers, driving high satisfaction and ongoing engagement with the platform.
- Client Facing: Ability to build a trusted, credible relationship with clients is critical
- Tech Savvy: You are highly capable of navigating complex Software solutions and are able to support clients with their usage too
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment Experience : A solid tenure of recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, ideally focused on sourcing candidates (this is a 180 degree recruitment role, no business development!!)
- Engineering/Tech recruitment expertise: Prior success securing candidates into roles, such as Software Engineer, Salesforce Developer, Business Analyst, SCRUM Master highly desirable!
- Creative Industry Knowledge : Experience recruiting for creative agencies or understanding how creative agencies operate is an advantage
- Freelancer Network : Ideally, you will have an existing network of freelancers to leverage, across EUROPE and further afield
- Start-Up Experience : Experience working in a dynamic, fast-evolving start-up environment is highly desirable. This company is agile and fast-paced!
- Tech Savvy: Must have worked for a Software/SaaS or tech platform previously or very competent at navigating such systems
- Disciplined/Resilient: Working in a hybrid capacity, you must be self-motivated and naturally driven
