Talent Acquisition Manager – Engineering/Tech vacancies (Workforce Management Platform) Location : London/Hybrid (minimum 1 day in office) Salary : Up to £45k + 15% OTE We are excited to be partnering with a high-growth tech scale-up in London, that is revolutionizing how creative, tech, digital, and marketing freelancers find work. The innovative platform is reshaping the freelance industry, connecting top-tier talent in fields such as design, tech, photography, and copywriting with clients who require their expertise, globally. About the Role This Workforce Management Platform partners with clients worldwide to help them acquire, retain, and compensate freelancers. They are now seeking an additional Talent Manager to take the lead in supporting a newly acquired creative agency with their engineering recruitment needs. The Talent Manager will play a pivotal role in maximizing their clients use of the platform, ensuring they source and secure the best freelance talent for a range of high-impact projects, efficiently and accurately. The Talent Manager will be the main point of contact for their client, helping them navigate the platform to match the best freelancers with their project briefs. This role emphasizes service excellence, client education, and supporting the recruitment process, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes for both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Freelance Recruitment : You must have a solid background of sourcing and securing freelancers into engineering roles, at pace Client Management : Provide your client with platform demos, educate them on sourcing freelancers, and offer guidance on using the database to its full potential. Freelancer-Centric Matching : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring the perfect match between freelancers and project requirements based on skills, experience, and client needs. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure a smooth experience for clients and a strong talent pipeline. Freelancer Retention : Foster lasting relationships with freelancers, driving high satisfaction and ongoing engagement with the platform. What We’re Looking For Recruitment Experience : A solid tenure of recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, ideally focused on sourcing candidates (this is a 180 degree recruitment role, no business development!!) Engineering/Tech recruitment expertise: Prior success securing candidates into roles, such as Software Engineer, Salesforce Developer, Business Analyst, SCRUM Master highly desirable! Creative Industry Knowledge : Experience recruiting for creative agencies or understanding how creative agencies operate is an advantage Freelancer Network : Ideally, you will have an existing network of freelancers to leverage, across EUROPE and further afield Start-Up Experience : Experience working in a dynamic, fast-evolving start-up environment is highly desirable.
