The Role
We’re looking for a senior, backend-leaning Full Stack Engineer who thrives in the controlled chaos of a true early-stage start-up, the kind where there’s no QA team, no DevOps team, no predefined frameworks, no hand-holding, and everything technical ultimately sits with engineering.
This is a role for someone who is genuinely a jack of all trades, comfortable wearing multiple hats across backend, front end, infrastructure, integration engineering, and delivering production-quality work without layers of support.
The company is building fintech-grade technology to disrupt the hospitality industry: powerful integrations, real-time customer personalisation, and seamless operational flows.
If you want autonomy, impact, and variety, and you’ve had to solve real engineering problems in lean environments, this is it.
