We're working with one of the most ambitious businesses in UK PropTech. Backed by leading venture capital investors, the company is building the UK's first AI-enabled roll-up of property service businesses. Multiple acquisitions have already been completed, dozens more are planned, and integration is at the heart of the value creation strategy.
This role exists to bridge that gap.
As Customer Onboarding & Integrations Manager, you'll take ownership of newly acquired businesses from the moment a deal completes through to successful integration into the wider group. This is not a project management role. Instead, you'll be on-site inside acquired businesses, understanding how they really operate, identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and helping teams transition onto modern systems, processes, and AI-enabled ways of working. You'll be the person responsible for ensuring acquisitions deliver operational value, not just financial value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary integration lead for newly acquired businesses across the UK.
- Spending significant time on-site with operational teams (nationally), understanding processes, systems, customer journeys, supplier relationships, and day-to-day workflows.
- Conducting operational audits to assess technology, infrastructure, reporting, processes, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Identifying what's working, what's broken, and what needs to change.
- Supporting the rollout of new systems, workflows, operational processes, and AI-enabled tools.
- Working closely with founders and leadership to deliver integration plans and operational improvements.
- Building trust with employees and stakeholders during periods of change.
- Driving adoption of new processes and ensuring changes become embedded within the business.
- Helping create a repeatable integration playbook as the acquisition programme scales.
The Reality
Most of your time will be spent inside newly acquired businesses. One week you might be untangling operational processes, supplier relationships, or customer onboarding journeys. The next, you could be implementing new systems, resolving billing issues, redesigning workflows, or supporting teams through operational change. You'll need to be comfortable walking into environments that may be under-documented, highly manual, and resistant to change. You'll often be expected to figure things out before anyone else has the answers.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting things done. You may come from:
- Post-acquisition integration
- Operational transformation
- Management consulting
- PE/VC portfolio operations
- Multi-site operations leadership
- Customer onboarding and implementation
- Business transformation
You'll likely have:
- 3-7 years' experience delivering operational change or integration projects.
- A track record of personally implementing improvements rather than simply coordinating them.
- Strong process mapping, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across multiple sites, businesses, or operational environments.
- The confidence to operate independently with limited structure.
- A willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.
- Experience within property, facilities management, housing, field services, infrastructure, or other fragmented service industries would be highly advantageous.
What's On Offer
- Up to £85,000 base salary (doe)
- Performance bonus
- Equity participation
- All travel expenses covered
- Direct exposure to founders and senior leadership
- Opportunity to build and shape the integration function
- Significant career progression as the acquisition programme scales
This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the point where integrations genuinely determine success. If you enjoy solving operational problems, implementing change, and building structure in fast-growing environments, we'd love to hear from you.
