Senior Social Strategist – Social Agency Location: London (Hybrid 2 days minimum in office) Salary: up to £50k We’re hiring a Senior Social Strategist with proven, hands-on experience creating and leading social-first strategies . If your background isn’t rooted in social media strategy , this role isn’t the right fit. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just understand social — they live it. You know the platforms, the trends, the algorithms, and how to use them to build brands, grow audiences, and spark engagement. This is a role for an experienced social strategist only — general marketing or brand strategy backgrounds won’t be considered. What You’ll Do Lead the development of social-first strategies across campaigns and always-on Translate insights, platform behaviours and audience data into standout creative direction Collaborate closely with creative, production, and client teams Guide clients through the fast-moving world of social, with clear, expert recommendations Mentor junior talent and contribute to the evolution of our strategic thinking What You Bring A minimum of 5 years\’ experience in social strategy at a social or digital-first agency Deep knowledge of social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat Strong understanding of audience behaviour, platform best practice, and content trends Ability to brief and inspire creative teams, and present ideas with clarity and conviction Bonus: experience in FMCG, entertainment or beauty sectors Perks Include: Free daily breakfast & weekly dog day Your birthday off + generous holiday allowance Mental health & wellbeing support Volunteering days, socials, and more If you’re a seasoned social strategist ready to lead bold work in a fast-paced, creative environment — we’d love to hear from you.
