This fast-growing social impact platform is supporting the next generation. Operating in more than 150 countries, they connect young people with learning, skills and work opportunities, helping them unlock their potential and make a positive difference in the world!
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate that you have sold 6–7 figure, complex enterprise deals into CSR, ESG, HR/talent, or marketing/social impact teams. You must be a proven enterprise seller who thrives on complexity, can scope bespoke solutions, and blends hunter mentality with the ability to nurture and grow existing accounts.
You’ll be joining an early-stage, high-growth startup (Series A, aiming for Series B) that has already partnered with global names like Microsoft, IBM, and Accenture. The platform has 3m+ registered users, with a strong footprint across the Global South, and delivers programmes that blend social impact, Gen Z engagement, and brand-building, from AI training initiatives with tech giants, to climate action projects with global multinationals.
The role:
- Own a $1m+ quota across renewals, upsells, and net new business (roughly a third each).
- Drive high-value, complex sales with average deal sizes of ~£300k.
- Sell into CSR, ESG, HR/talent, marketing, and foundation leaders at top global brands.
- Collaborate with a lean but well-supported team (sales support, demand gen, trade marketing, and social impact specialists).
- Balance hunting and farming — delivering both immediate wins and long-term growth.
What you’ll need:
- Track record of closing multi-six and seven-figure enterprise deals.
- Experience selling complex, customisable solutions (not a one-size SaaS).
- Startup experience, able to thrive in a lean and fast-moving environment.
- Business acumen to hold C-level conversations and creatively scope tailored solutions.
- Background selling into HR/talent, CSR/ESG, edtech, or youth engagement.
This is a rare chance to take a high-impact solution into enterprise, where every deal combines commercial outcomes with genuine social good.
