A rare opportunity for a hands-on conveyancer to step into a fast-moving, deal-driven property environment. This is a true right-hand role in a deal-first environment - no layers, no corporate structure, just direct exposure. This is not a coordination or management role.
We’re looking for someone who can personally execute conveyancing transactions from start to finish, in-house, working directly for a prestigious property investor with 40+ years experience.
Important: This role is not suitable for:
- Conveyancing coordinators
- Managers overseeing teams
- Paralegals without full transaction experience
You must be able to do the work yourself.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running conveyancing transactions end-to-end
- Managing back-to-back deals
- Liaising with agents and external lawyers
- Driving deals through to completion
You’ll also gain exposure to the commercial side of property deals, working closely with an experienced investor. In parallel, you will also have the rare opportunity to get involved with the deals:
- Speak to agents daily
- Spot and assess opportunities
- Attend auctions, PIN meetings, and networking events
- Get involved in sourcing, structuring, and progressing deals
It’s broad, hands-on, and genuinely commercial. Some days are paperwork-heavy. Others you’re out in the market.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven hands-on conveyancing experience
- Ability to execute transactions independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-corporate environment
- Practical, delivery-focused mindset
- No formal legal qualifications required, but you must have real execution capability
You won’t just process deals though- you’ll learn how they’re sourced, structured, and monetised, all working closely with someone who’s been doing it successfully for 40+ years. There’s real mentorship here, not just more workload.
The environment:
- High-energy, fast-moving
- Non-corporate, direct
- At times, chaotic
This suits someone who can operate without heavy structure and keep deals moving. Working directly for the founder (investor) managing 4+ deals a month.
Package:
- Up to £60k base
- £200 per deal completed
- 25% profit share on sourced deals
- Realistic £100k+ earnings
If you’re a doer, not a coordinator, and want to be closer to the commercial side of deals, this is worth a conversation.
