London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Must have the right to work in the UK.

We’re supporting a stealth, AI-first startup modernising a traditionally operational, complex industry through automation and intelligent systems. As the business enters its next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Junior / Associate Product Manager to support delivery and discovery across active initiatives, working closely with an experienced founding team and a Senior Product Manager.

This is a development-focused PM role - ideal for someone early in their product career who wants hands‑on exposure in an early‑stage environment, with clear guidance, structure, and mentorship.

The role

  • You’ll work alongside the Senior PM, founders, engineers, and designers to help turn real‑world workflows into scalable product features.
  • While you won’t be expected to own product strategy end‑to‑end from day one, you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility and supported as you grow.
  • This is not a standalone PM role; you’ll have day‑to‑day guidance, prioritisation support, and clear decision frameworks in place.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting product discovery and delivery across active initiatives.
  • Working closely with engineers and designers to define and refine requirements.
  • Translating real‑world operational workflows into clear product tickets and documentation.
  • Assisting with prioritisation, planning, and day‑to‑day product decisions.
  • Learning directly from users, feedback, and data to inform improvements.
  • Travelling across the UK to support deployments, integrations, and user feedback sessions.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a Product, Associate PM, or Product‑adjacent role.
  • Exposure to shipping digital products within a team environment.
  • Clear communication and strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable learning in an ambiguous, early‑stage setting.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions and take feedback.
  • Interest in AI, automation, or data‑driven products (hands‑on experience is a bonus).

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, integrations, or ops‑heavy products.
  • Background working within larger product teams or alongside senior PMs.

Why this role

  • Work closely with experienced founders and a Senior PM who are invested in mentoring and development.
  • Real exposure to early‑stage product building, without being left unsupported.
  • A chance to grow into increased ownership over time as confidence and capability develop.
  • A product with real‑world impact, live deployments, and clear momentum.

Who this suits

  • This role is well suited to someone who wants to step up into a PM role with guidance.
  • Enjoys being close to users and real‑world problems.
  • Is curious, coachable, and motivated by learning.
  • Sees early‑stage startups as a growth opportunity, not a risk.
