We're hiring a Head of Partnerships to open doors with all of them and to own the revenue that follows.
Working alongside a Partnerships Director, you'll build multi-channel programmes spanning events, activations, content, video, roundtables and digital campaigns; connecting global brands with one of the most influential communities in the hospitality world.
Day to day, you'll:
- Own new business development and existing client growth, from first pitch to signed deal.
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, market associations and industry bodies.
- Run your own pipeline; forecasting, CRM discipline, and commercial reporting.
- Create sponsorship proposals and partnership programmes that actually move the needle.
- Represent the brand at industry events, with international travel part of the job.

- Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills.
