Internal Recruiter – SaaS
London/Hybrid | £60k | 6-Month FTC (Potential to Extend)
A high-growth SaaS company is looking for an experienced recruiter to step into a 180-degree internal recruitment role—no business development, just pure talent acquisition and operational support.
**This is a 6 month FTC, with a high possibility of extension, based on performance**
The Role:
You’ll work directly with the HRVP, owning the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple disciplines in the media and creative landscape. As the face of recruitment for the company, you’ll engage with candidates daily, ensuring the best talent is sourced, assessed, and onboarded—fast.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Screening inbound applications across various roles
- Interviewing and assessing candidates to find the right fit
- Sourcing CVs from internal and external databases
- Writing compelling job specs & posting adverts
- Acting as the front of house for all recruitment activities
- Supporting the HRVP with recruitment strategy, coordination, and logistics
- Building a strong talent pipeline for referrals and future hiring needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an internal recruiter in a fast-paced, hands-on environment—accountability is key
- A SaaS/tech-heavy background is a plus!
- Naturally proactive—you anticipate challenges and act without waiting for instructions
- Confident working with C-suite and senior stakeholders, managing expectations on delivery and timescales
- Comfortable working to KPIs and internal SLAs
- Strong track record hiring both permanent and freelance talent
- Experience recruiting across Sales, Tech, Engineering, Project Management, Ops, and HR… and more!
