Most conveyancing roles are about processing transactions. This one is about finding them, structuring them, and helping get them over the line.
We're working with a highly successful property investor with over 40 years of experience and a track record of completing 4-5 residential acquisitions every month. They're looking for a commercially minded conveyancing professional to become their right-hand person -managing transactions in-house while actively helping source and secure new opportunities.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage files. It's for an ambitious, entrepreneurial conveyancer who gets excited by deals, enjoys building relationships, and wants to move closer to the commercial side of property investment.
Perhaps you've already sourced a few deals yourself, built relationships with local agents, attended auctions or property networking events, or have ambitions to become an investor one day. If so, this could be a genuine stepping stone.
You'll need to thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. No layers of management, no corporate politics, very little red tape. Priorities change quickly, deals move at pace, and no two days look the same. The rewards are significant - direct mentorship from an experienced investor, unrivalled exposure to the acquisition process, and realistic six-figure earning potential.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll take ownership of residential transactions from start to finish, ensuring deals progress smoothly and issues are resolved before they become blockers. Alongside the transactional side, you'll build relationships with agents, investors and property professionals - helping identify off-market opportunities and new acquisitions.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing residential conveyancing transactions end-to-end
- Handling multiple live deals simultaneously
- Liaising with agents, brokers and external solicitors
- Identifying and resolving transaction issues proactively
- Building relationships with local agents and investors
- Attending auctions, networking events and property meetings
- Spotting and introducing investment opportunities
- Supporting deal sourcing and acquisition activity
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This role is for someone who has personally managed residential property transactions and understands what it takes to get deals completed.
You might currently be a:
- Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Senior Property Paralegal
- Bridging Finance Case Manager
- Plot Sales Executive
- Auction Property Coordinator
- Property Legal Executive
What matters is that you've been hands-on in the transaction process and can operate independently with minimal supervision.
You'll stand out if you have:
- Proven experience running residential transactions from instruction to completion
- Strong relationships with estate agents, investors or developers across Greater Manchester, Lancashire or Yorkshire
- A genuine commercial interest in property investment and acquisitions
- The confidence to work directly with a successful founder in a fast-moving environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
THE PACKAGE
- Up to £50,000 base salary
- £200 bonus per completed deal
- 25% profit share on deals you personally source
- Realistic £100,000+ earning potential

No formal legal qualification required. Real execution experience is essential. 4 days per week in Altrincham.
