Independent UK lifestyle media brand is seeking a commercially driven Head of Brand Partnerships . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced media sales professional to join a multi-award-winning digital platform at a pivotal time in their growth journey.

With a premium client list, this brand has built a strong reputation for its intelligent, irreverent editorial style and highly engaged female audience. Following 90% year-on-year growth , 2025 is set to be a transformative year — and this role is central to that expansion.

Focused on smart, cosmopolitan women nationally, the brand’s tone is modern, upbeat, and culturally savvy. The business offers a supportive, collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed and impact is tangible.

The Opportunity:

This is a key senior role responsible for driving commercial revenue through partnerships with media agencies and premium national brands. You’ll be selling cross-platform campaigns including digital display, branded content, video, podcast, social, competitions, and live events.

You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on — someone who can open doors, build strong relationships at all levels, and pitch innovative, effective media solutions that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive revenue by selling creative, cross-platform campaigns to brands and agencies
  2. Identify and convert new business opportunities with a focus on growth
  3. Build and maintain senior relationships across media and client landscape
  4. Respond to briefs with well-developed, creative proposals
  5. Articulate the brand’s tone, values, and audience confidently
  6. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Minimum 7 years’ experience in media, digital, or brand partnership sales
  2. A solid contact book of agencies and brand-side marketers
  3. Proven success in securing and growing high-value partnerships
  4. Experience selling across digital, branded content, podcasts, events, etc.
  5. Strong understanding of media agency landscape and buying processes
  6. Proactive, motivated, highly organized — thrives in a fast-paced environment
