This role is for proven commercial leaders only. We are looking for senior operators with broadcaster-level pedigree, deep YouTube advertising expertise, and a standout track record in building teams and closing high-value brand partnerships at scale.
A fast-growing, global entertainment business with a portfolio of premium, culturally relevant content brands reaching hundreds of millions of viewers every month is hiring a Head of Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships to own and scale commercial revenue across the UK, EMEA and APAC.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who truly understands YouTube monetisation and social-first ad sales, and knows how to turn massive audience scale into long-term, high-impact brand partnerships. The business is globally scaled, highly profitable, and growing while others contract. The brief now is simple and ambitious: build the next phase of brand and agency revenue across EMEA and APAC.
