The Opportunity
This is a true 0→1 commercial role within an early-stage fintech infrastructure business building the rails for global money movement. You will be the senior individual contributor, responsible for:
- Opening markets
- Winning complex clients
- Building the initial commercial engine
This is not a role where you inherit accounts or follow process. You will define how revenue is generated.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building pipeline from scratch across target verticals
- Owning the full sales cycle (lead → close)
- Selling infrastructure products (IBANs, payment rails, crypto ↔ fiat solutions)
- Engaging high-value, complex clients (often underserved or high-risk sectors)
- Opening new geographies and commercial channels
- Shaping early GTM strategy alongside founders
What They’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years in fintech / payments / PSP sales
- Background from Stripe, Wise, BVNK, Checkout.com or similar
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals
- Experience selling into complex or high-risk sectors (crypto, gaming, cross-border)
- Strong commercial instincts and autonomy
- Comfortable operating without structure
