Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out active leakage control activities on water networks
- Use acoustic and electronic leak detection equipment to identify leaks
- Perform step testing, noise logging, and pressure management
- Accurately record and report findings in line with client requirements
- Work independently or as part of a team across multiple sites
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Leakage Technician within the water industry
- Strong knowledge of leak detection methods and equipment
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and reporting skills
Required / Expected Tickets & Certifications:
- EUSR Water Hygiene (Blue Card) – essential
- NRSWA / Street Works (Units 1 & 2 or equivalent) – essential
- CSCS Card – preferred
- Manual Handling – preferred
- First Aid at Work / Emergency First Aid – preferred
- Confined Space Training (Medium/High Risk) – advantageous
- National Water Hygiene / SHEA Water – advantageous
