Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out active leakage control activities on water networks
  • Use acoustic and electronic leak detection equipment to identify leaks
  • Perform step testing, noise logging, and pressure management
  • Accurately record and report findings in line with client requirements
  • Work independently or as part of a team across multiple sites
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Leakage Technician within the water industry
  • Strong knowledge of leak detection methods and equipment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good communication and reporting skills

Required / Expected Tickets & Certifications:

  • EUSR Water Hygiene (Blue Card) essential
  • NRSWA / Street Works (Units 1 & 2 or equivalent) essential
  • CSCS Card preferred
  • Manual Handling preferred
  • First Aid at Work / Emergency First Aid preferred
  • Confined Space Training (Medium/High Risk) advantageous
  • National Water Hygiene / SHEA Water advantageous
