We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support ongoing water and wastewater upgrade projects across the Severn Trent framework. The role will involve overseeing electrical installation works on operational treatment sites, leading site teams, mentoring electricians and apprentices, and supporting safe and compliant delivery across MEICA projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electrical installation works on water and wastewater treatment sites
  • Lead and support electricians and subcontractors on site
  • Assist with design reviews and provide practical installation input
  • Support planning and coordination of site activities
  • Ensure works are completed safely and in line with industry standards
  • Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and quality checks
  • Support hands-on installation work where required

Requirements

  • Previous Electrical Supervisor experience within the water/wastewater sector is essential
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installations and MEICA environments
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
  • ECS/CSCS card
  • 18th Edition
  • SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable

  • SAP / Senior Authorised Person
  • HV/LV switching experience
  • EUSR Water Hygiene / COMPEX
